摘自 音樂時代-唱片購買指南 : 這真是一件令人期待已久的珍品…，杜普蕾留下的錄音無疑是人類史上相當珍貴的資產。本專輯從她第一次為EMI錄的《晚禱》起，收了不同時期錄製的各具特色的經典名作，難得的令人屏息。然而令人激動的是，史特拉底瓦里的Davidov在她手中所散發的溫暖絲絨般的音色，高昂時不尖噪刺耳，低音共鳴清晰不渾，厚實的中音則以略帶酥麻的磁性流瀉出杜普蕾浪漫的感性，很難相信是老錄音，因大提琴的聲音是如此真實地呈現。不過令人印象最深的是法雅的《霍塔舞曲》，先前在BBC早期錄音中是用鋼琴伴奏，撥奏段落的對話效果不佳，此片收的是她和吉他大師約翰威廉斯的合作，呈現強烈完美的個人韻味、活力四射的韻律感，這才是真正感動世人的杜普蕾。(黃怡仁)
