摘自 音樂時代-唱片購買指南 : 這是開放後殷承宗的復出再彈《黃河》，也是第三個外國樂團的《黃河》版本。本版有種外國樂團的明快，殷承宗的幅度比以前更大，倒不是強度更強，而是音色變化較多樣，殷承宗試圖賦予樂曲較立體化的表現。冷酷的氣氛少了。外國樂手的獨奏段落比較不首地（尤其是黃河憤的前段長笛），是較大的缺憾，但錄音和整體質良好，而且附了幾首鋼琴小品，仍可作為嚐新時的選擇。（楊忠衡）
