「ICA」，全名International Classical Artists。前身為全球知名古典音樂家經紀公司「凡瓦森經紀(Van Walsum Management)」，2008年凡瓦森董座史戴芬．萊特(Stephen Wright)擴大公司觸角，計畫成立唱片事業部，並更名為ICA(國際古典藝術家)，目前是全球第一大古典音樂家經紀事業體。2011年2月ICA出版首批共18款CDs及DVDs(CD共8款、DVD10款)，音源來自BBC及WDR in Cologne，與之前BBC Legends不同的是，ICA更為樂迷蒐集法國指揮家孟許指揮美國波士頓交響樂團之珍貴錄影畫面，以及來自私人的珍貴錄音收藏。
在首批發行中，有俄國鋼琴大師吉利爾斯1967年與指揮鮑爾特合作之貝多芬1&3號鋼琴協奏曲、史坦堡指揮科隆廣播之馬勒復活交響曲、桑德林、肯培、克倫培勒、卡拉絲1958年在柯芬園的全本茶花女等，另外在影像方面，歐伊史特拉赫父子的傳奇名演、美藝三重奏之舒伯特、蕭邦鋼琴大賽首獎歐爾頌演奏布拉姆斯第2號鋼琴協奏曲，以及三部孟許指揮波士頓在哈佛大學所留下的珍貴畫面。
除了歷史性經典名演之外，ICA更計畫為旗下現役音樂家發行錄影錄音，首批18款中，有兩部2009年製作的全新錄影，分別是由荷蘭指揮哈穆特．韓興與布魯塞爾摩內交響樂團的馬勒第6號交響曲，及波蘭指揮安東尼．威特與華沙愛樂管絃樂團之齊瑪諾夫斯基第3&4號交響曲，採用現今最高畫質處理，相當令人滿意。
