大提琴家丹尼爾是托特里耶與皮亞第果夫斯基兩位大提琴名家的高徒，他的琴音流暢而自然，聽起來輕鬆而沒有壓力。這張「阿波羅」改編許多著名音樂， 例如卡薩爾斯的「天鵝之歌」、聖桑的「天鵝」、普契尼的「親愛的爸爸」、舒伯特的「小夜曲」與「聖母頌」、馬斯奈的「泰綺思暝想曲」，還有傳統民謠「丹尼男孩」等等，每一首都是美得令人傾心的好音樂。錄音本身豐腴圓潤而細節清晰，大提琴拉奏時的松香質感四處飄逸，可謂大提琴美聲錄音的發燒典範。
音響論壇總編劉漢盛：「吉他大部分時候只負責輕柔的伴奏，讓大提琴擦弦質感與鼻音的魅力悠悠然在耳際縈繞時，那種毫無壓力的音樂美感真的讓人通體舒暢。」
