亨里克·米科拉伊·葛瑞茲基（波蘭語：Henryk Mikołaj Górecki，1933年12月6日－2010年11月12日），波蘭作曲家。一般被認為是神聖簡約主義的代表人物之一。
他的音樂一開始受到韋伯恩的序列主義影響，但是後來更注重從傳統的波蘭聖詠、文藝復興時期的復調音樂以及浪漫主義音樂那裡得來的靈感。
其《第三交響曲「悲愁之歌」》由於鮮明的有調性，以及優美低沈的感傷風格。而深受全世界聽眾的喜愛，是20世紀下半葉古典音樂中少有的現象。
