摘自 佳佳唱片 網站 : 來自日本，現年23歲的藤田真央（Mao Fujita）是目前與其同一個世代中最受推崇的鋼琴家之一。憑藉與生俱來對音樂的敏感性和藝術性，作為少數具有天賦的音樂家，藤田真央的表現令人印象深刻，特別是在以莫札特為主的浪漫曲目。
1998年11月28日出生於東京。藤田真央三歲開始學習鋼琴，9 歲至2016 年間隨松山優香和松山元學習鋼琴。從東京音樂大學附屬高中畢業後，取得特別獎學金進入東京音樂大學研習鋼琴演奏課程，並成為Virtuoso 青年管弦樂團首席客座獨奏家。在東京音樂大學師從鷲見加寿子和野島稔學習鋼琴。於2019年上映的電影《蜜蜂與遠雷》中負責鋼琴演奏。目前在柏林的漢斯．艾斯勒（Hanns Eisler） 音樂學院師從 Kirill Gerstein 。
2010年藤田真央首次在國際重大賽事亮相，獲得在臺灣舉辦的世界精英賽少年組一等獎。之後參加 2013 年在維也納舉行的羅薩里奧·瑪西亞諾國際鋼琴比賽（Rosario Marciano International Piano Competition）、2016年獲得吉娜．芭喬爾國際青年藝術家鋼琴比賽（Gina Bachauer International Young Artists Piano Competition）三等獎。2017 年在瑞士舉行的第 27 屆哈絲基兒國際鋼琴比賽（Clara Haskil International Piano Competition）中大有斬獲，囊括一等獎、觀眾獎（Audience Award）、現代大獎（Prix Modern Times），與最受喜愛獎（Prix Coup de Coeur）。更在2019年的第十六屆柴可夫斯基國際比賽贏得鋼琴組銀牌獎。2020年贏得第21屆大倉酒店音樂獎和第30屆出光音樂獎。
2021年，他在韋爾比耶音樂節（Verbier Festival）演奏莫札特的全本鋼琴奏鳴曲，大受好評。同時，也首次與韋爾比耶音樂節管弦樂團合作莫札特的第20號鋼琴協奏曲 。2022瑞士琉森音樂節開幕音樂會實況，著名指揮家夏伊與琉森音樂節管弦樂團攜手藤田真央，演出拉赫曼尼諾夫第2號鋼琴協奏曲及第二號交響曲。
英國《泰晤士報》近期曾如此評價：「藤田是一位多才多藝且品味非凡的音樂家，具有詩意的脈動，以及雄辯、深度、無畏的觸鍵。」2021年底Sony與藤田真央簽約合作，將陸續發行數份專輯 。

In 2022, the Lucerne Festival Orchestra and their music director devoted themselves to the Second Symphony and the Piano Concerto No. 2, the most famous of all four Rachmaninoff concertos. Japanese pianist Mao Fujita took on this grandiose work's emotional power and virtuosity.
