摘自 音樂時代-唱片購買指南 : 《窈窕淑女）音樂劇自一九五六年在紐約上演以來，即造成不可遏止的流行狂潮，並獲得多項大獎，也為此劇贏得「世紀之秀」的美譽。本輯由有「美聲天后」的卡奶娃及影帝傑瑞米艾朗主唱。卡娜娃美聲式的唱腔詮釋中下階層的倫敦人並不十分恰當，但由於其他角色幫襯的成功，加上生動真實的錄音，成就了這一張目前市面上唯一且上選的版本。錄音優異，音場的深度及臨場感均極佳，讓人幾乎忘了還有錄音這回事，因為您會驚訝地發現在不知不覺中已融入了音樂裡。（王潔）
