什麼是幸福？對於以指揮、演奏史特勞斯家族圓舞曲的荷蘭小提琴家安德烈‧瑞歐來說，音樂就是全世界最幸福的東西，「而圓舞曲更是幸福的極致。」安德烈‧瑞歐說。為了與全球所有的人分享這樣的幸福，安德烈‧瑞歐精心挑選並且改編近三十段出自不同地區、不同時代，並以圓舞曲節拍譜成曼妙的旋律，在音樂之都維也納錄製這張特別的DVD。
《維也納圓舞曲節》是安德烈‧瑞歐的作品。這首讓人感到幸福、暖洋洋的樂曲，結合了華麗與優雅的氣質，還帶著緬懷與嚮往過去歲月的內涵，當然，也有圓舞曲特有的輕盈與趣味性。《夢迴紐西蘭》則是向紐西蘭這個國家致意的作品。從歐洲的觀點來看，紐西蘭的地理位置就像位在世界的盡頭。除了美不勝收的風景，安德烈‧瑞歐在最近一次的旅行中，對於島上居民在大地震的肆虐下，不改其堅毅生活態度的精神，留下非常深刻的印象，進而譜成這首曲子。這張DVD特別將紐西蘭女高音海莉演唱收錄在Bonus畫面中，增添不少音樂價值。
《永恆圓舞曲》是一首充滿激情又略帶陰暗色調的作品。更值得一提的是，它的旋律是曾經以電影《沉默的羔羊》獲得奧斯卡最佳男主角獎的安東尼‧霍普金斯約莫五十年以前，尚未踏入影壇的作品。透過安德烈‧瑞歐的重新編曲與詮釋，意外的讓影迷們重新認識安東尼‧霍普金斯在音樂上的才華。整個演出於2011年在維也納實地分成體育場、皇宮內與戶外廣場多個場景拍攝，同時安東尼‧霍普金斯也受邀在現場一同欣賞自己的作品演出。最後在《藍色多瑙和》洋溢著幸福感覺的樂聲中，包括多倫多、東京、紐約與墨西哥等地的演出畫面與現場觀眾一起隨樂起舞的歡樂氣氛，一同傳遞給喜愛音樂的人們。

André's newest album is prophetic. "And the Waltz Goes On" is not only symbolic of André's supreme desire to take the waltz to the world, but also the title of a piece by Sir Anthony Hopkins, who penned the piece more than half a century ago and sent it to André. The result - an emotional debut in Vienna in the presence of the great actor and the title of Andre's newest CD, which features entirely new recorded repertoire. What's more, André has composed a waltz himself for the occasion - 'Grande Valse Viennoise' - which sets the album off to a rousing start. French and German folksongs, a hit by Elvis Presley ("Are You Lonesome Tonight"), the evergreen "Singing in the Rain" and the immortal song of the war years, "We'll Meet Again" made famous by Dame Vera Lynn all make an appearance on the album, and as with each title on the album, have a special relevance to André's life and work. "My new album presents waltzes from around the world - a sad waltz from Finland, a miniature waltz from France, a popular waltz tune that began life in Germany, and then reaching across continents we go all the way to New Zealand. You see, the waltz is universal. It can be full of surprises." When in New Zealand on tour in 2011, inspired by its stunning landscape, heartbroken by the natural disasters that has beset it in recent times, elevated by the indomitable "life must go on" attitude of its people, André penned another waltz, a dream-like waltz, like mountains seen through the mist. It's called Dreaming Of New Zealand and appears on the album in both instrumental and vocal alternatives, the latter featuring the unblemished purity of voice and vision of New Zealand's own star, Hayley Westenra.
