Recorded in concert at Teatro Olimpico in Vicenza. Schiff specifically selected the works on this concert with this space in mind, and he uses the Overture to Don Giovanni as a prelude to the Piano concerto K. 466. In the bonus commentary, Schiff discusses the Teatro Olimpico and his work with other musicians. 摘自 佳佳唱片 網站 : 1953年出生於匈牙利首都布達佩斯的席夫五歲便開始學習鋼琴，稍長進入李斯特音樂院繼續學習，師從卡多薩、庫塔及拉多斯。另外他也曾在倫敦隨馬爾康（George Malcolm）學習。今日席夫已被公認為是他這一代鋼琴家中的佼佼者，其敏銳的音樂性及涉獵廣博的演出曲目，在在使他受到各方的重視與尊崇，舉凡巴哈、海頓、莫札特、舒伯特、及巴托克等作曲家的重要鋼琴作品都是他在音樂會上經常演奏的拿手曲目。除此，他也經常出席薩爾玆堡、維也納、盧森等地的音樂節活動。
