收錄電影【托斯卡尼的豔陽下】動人情歌「That’s Amore」以及與納京高合唱的「Long Long Ago(往事難忘)」、「Come Back To Sorrento(英文版的"歸來吧蘇連多")」等40首精采悅耳的名曲。
對於現在四十歲以下的人而言，狄恩馬汀的聲音是陌生卻又熟悉的。他們或許在電影【托斯卡尼的豔陽下】聽到「That’s Amore」這首溫柔男聲演唱的歌曲，卻永遠也說不出來是誰演唱，即使告訴他們演唱人是狄恩馬汀，他們也還是覺得遙遠而又似曾相識。
之所以造成馬汀在本地人心中印象糢糊的原因，除了因為他是五、六Ｏ年代走紅好萊塢的歌手外，也和他一開始出現在國人心目中的印象是電影明星之故。雖然從四Ｏ年代就以演唱法蘭克辛納屈風格的爵士抒情歌曲起家，狄恩馬汀卻是在五Ｏ年代靠著和傑利路易斯合作搞笑舞台秀而真正走紅於美國娛樂圈，之後他們又進軍好萊塢，在各自單飛後，狄恩馬汀一直遲到一九五七年，才靠著一部【The Young Lions】真正闖出自己的一片天，成為同時走紅電影、歌壇和電視圈的巨星。
這位五歲以前只會說義大利文，卻是出生成長於美國俄亥俄州的美國歌手，高一就輟學，之後做過許多僅能糊口的工作，一度成為靠著拳擊維生的拳師，這份工作把他的鼻樑打歪、嘴唇打裂、指節全都是傷，卻在日後成為他最有名的螢幕形象。
在六Ｏ年代開始走紅後，馬汀以他詼諧、即興、反應迅速的對答在電視主持上深受歡迎，在這個始終排名全美收視前十大的電視節目中，他總是以低沉動人的嗓音和早年歷練出來的歌喉深情演唱，讓他的歌聲在那個搖滾音樂已經搶走了老牌爵士歌手市場的年代裡，還能夠穩住一席之地，也讓唱片公司深信他的票房，前後邀他灌錄了一百多張專輯、歌曲數目高達六百曲之多。
即使到了七Ｏ年代，他的唱片銷售成績已經退出告示排前四十之列，也還是能夠持續吸引那些鍾愛老爵士歌曲的歌迷，忠實地擁護他的唱片。在演藝圈前後將近四十年、歌唱生涯超過五十年的狄恩馬汀，一直到一九八五年都還在錄製唱片，甚至還拍一支音樂錄影帶，當時還頗造成轟動。
