摘自 上揚唱片 網站 : 爵士鋼琴家漢克‧瓊斯是瓊斯三兄弟最年長的一位，出生於美國密西西比州。他的音樂才華無與倫比，從年輕時他就是許多知名歌手的最佳鋼琴伴奏者，同時也是爵士樂團最喜愛的鋼琴搭檔。很難想像1962年瑪莉蓮夢露在紐約麥迪遜廣長花園為尼克森總統特別獻唱生日快樂歌時，漢克‧瓊斯正是臨危受命，緊急前往伴奏的那位鋼琴家。1989年他獲頒象徵爵士樂最高榮譽的美國NEA爵士大師獎，也說明了他的地位無比崇高。
