2008年是莎拉布萊曼忙碌不已的一年！年初才發行「真愛傳奇Symphony」的莎拉，八月即舉行全球巡迴之旅，同時她更踏上北京奧運開幕式，與中國歌手劉歡演唱了京奧主題曲「我和你You And Me」；之後更推出這張她籌備已久的專輯「真愛永恆 冬之歌A Winter Symphony」。
在「真愛永恆 冬之歌」之中，莎拉用她天使般的歌聲，重新詮釋多首膾炙人口的經典，包括「平安夜」、「聖母頌」，以及充滿性靈與感恩之心的「奇異恩典」和「當新生命降臨」。首版限量的CD加DVD，在DVD部分收錄莎拉接受採訪與這張專輯錄製過程、以及明年即將發行維也納演唱會的精華片段。專輯中最後一首歌曲「耶誕快樂（戰爭結束了）」是已逝的披頭四成員約翰藍儂在1971年的經典作品，莎拉將這首抗議越戰的歌曲放在專輯最後作為加收曲目，在這個舉世動盪的年代裡別具意義。
