以樂團名稱為專輯名稱的本張作品，其實是傑可．帕斯透瑞斯（Jaco Pastorious）參與樂團錄製的最後一張作品。樂團成立10週年，發行此張專輯，專輯名稱原封不動地轉用首張專輯名稱，意義深遠。這張專輯為氣象報告樂團t轉向流行音色留下忠實紀錄。（1981年錄音）
