摘自 音樂時代-唱片購買指南 : 在原始的管弦樂版中，浦羅柯菲夫使用鋼片琴製造灰姑娘因仙女施展魔法而得到幸福的感覺。聽普雷特涅夫的管弦樂版時，就是這幾聲妙到極點的「仙女法術」讓我不由自主地產生「美夢成真」的幸福感；普雷特涅夫用這幾聲「法術」就把全曲的童話氣氛推向最高潮。然而同樣是用「彈」的，阿胥肯納齊卻有點坑坑巴巴的不順暢。因此雖說整張專輯都是從管弦樂改編而成，但樂迷在欣賞食道是得拋棄原來管弦樂先入為主的印象。阿胥肯納齊在這裡已經完全把它們當成鋼琴曲來處理，和原來的故事情節幾乎完全沒有關係，因此樂迷們最好把它當成「旋律剛好一樣」的作品來欣賞比較恰當。(陳效真)
