摘自 音樂時代-唱片購買指南 : 二、三〇年代的歌曲現在已經很少人在唱了，尤其以聲樂方式演唱的人更是罕見，韓德利應該是詮釋這種當代流行風情的最佳人選。從「流氓大亨」中選出的《流浪之歌》，很清楚地唱出當時人民對豪情的喬往之心。壓軸的兩首配合老牌唱將馬利奧．蘭沙的合聲，令人肅然起敬，拍手叫絕。當然，全片偉大的功臣當屬管弦樂編曲家威廉•布朗恩，因為他，彷彿又讓我們回到了當時紐約的「上城時尚咖啡」店中，那曾是黃金年代時期流行人施展音樂才華的搖籃。（宋修傑）
